The Otter Rock Water District was established in the 1930s to provide water for the unincorporated coastal community of Otter Rock, Oregon.
The District takes pride in its long history of providing safe, high quality water to our community.
Our water source is three springs at the base of Cape Foulweather, just above our community. Up to the present time, this great-tasting spring water has not required chlorination or any other treatment.
All property of Otter Rock Water District belongs to the people of the district.
