Installation of a chain link enclosure of the Springs 1 and 2 overflow pipes and pit has been completed. A Special District Association of Oregon SDIS 2018-2019 Safety & Security Grant covered half the cost of the project. ORWD Superintendent James Osburn worked with the contractor, Horizon West Remodeling, LLC of Lincoln City, to site the enclosure and ensure that installed posts did not damage underground pipes.
