How to attend this month's board meeting- Zoom video
VIDEO: See the meeting agenda (posted on the meeting page) for the linkand instructions to attend the next district meeting online via computer, tablet, telephone, or smartphone. If you have already downloaded the Zoom software onto your device, you should be directed to the meeting waiting room. (If you wish, you can set up a free Zoom account at zoom.us.) Your audio will be muted on entry, but the host can unmute you at the appropriate times.
If you do not have Zoom already set up, after clicking on the menu item, you should see a prompt requesting that you allow download of the software. You need to decide whether you wish to proceed. If you do download the Zoom software, it should automatically connect you to the meeting waiting room. Otherwise, re-use the agenda link described above.
