The Otter Rock Water District board has requested a tutorial on the intent, law and restrictions, necessary accounting, rate adjustments, etc. when a new customer is assessed the SDC (system development charge).
Information will be provided by Keven Shreeve of Civil West Engineering, the firm that developed the methodology for our district's SDC in 2018, and Mark Knudsen from SDAO (the Special Districts Association of Oregon).
Otter Rock Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
